Their parking lot was completely full, so I called to ask where customers are supposed to park. Instead of helping, the person who answered raised his voice and told me it was “nonsense” to call with a question like that. He suggested parking across the street, but when I tried to explain that there is a sign saying unauthorized vehicles will be towed, he interrupted me and wouldn’t let me finish. I am a paying customer, and I genuinely like their coffee and desserts. Today I brought my 3-year-old son and my husband to enjoy a visit, but the way I was treated was very disappointing and completely unnecessary. Good customer service matters just as much as good food. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

Sad food, breakfast platter on par with arkham asylum food(picture attached). they had a good sandwich but the service was also not great. The workers gave attitude and had no patience. I would recommend this if you like mediocrity. Awesome interior design tho 👍

I got there no one paid attention to customer chatting away. I asking for order for pickup and she tried to convince that I ordered from a different location and I showed my proof and she aid it didn’t print. I showed the receipt then she said they don’t have the cake I ordered ridiculous. I got a different cake that I had ordered when I asked a simple question she looked at me like I’m dumb. The service is poor and the cake was fruity than expected.

I discovered an amazing place that felt like a journey back in time. Along with its charming atmosphere, they serve absolutely wonderful tarts- probably some of the best I’ve ever tasted. To put it simply, I fell in love with this place and will definitely be coming back. The staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Very eclectic coffee shop/ baker. Very unique. We only took desserts to go after having dinner at Joe And Pats. We took home, A piece of the following Italian cheese cake, carrot cake, apple crumb cheese cake, approcot tart.
